Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Job Timing:- 09:00 AM To 06:00 PM , Monday To Saturday


Responsibilities: 
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various job openings 
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to a final selection 
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment 
process 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable 
laws and regulations 

Requirements: 
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems 
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulation
