HR Recruiter (Sales / Non-IT Hiring)

* Design and implement an effective recruitment strategy for Sales and Non-IT positions.

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for field sales, tele-calling, back office, operations, and other non-IT roles.

* Work on target-based hiring and ensure closure of open positions within the defined timeline.

* Understand manpower requirements from the department heads and prepare hiring plans accordingly.

* Source and recruit candidates through various job portals such as Naukri.com, Apna, WorkIndia, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other free / paid hiring platforms.

* Use alternate sourcing methods such as references, database calling, social media hiring, WhatsApp groups, local consultants, and walk-in drives.

* Draft and update job descriptions and job specifications as per business requirements.

* Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates as per role fitment.

* Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates on communication, stability, relevant experience, salary fitment, and joining timeline.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with the concerned department / reporting manager.

* Ensure regular follow-up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.

* Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment tracker with status of sourcing, interviews, offers, and joining.

* Ensure achievement of weekly and monthly hiring targets.

* Track and improve key hiring metrics such as CV shared, interview ratio, selection ratio, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.

* Coordinate for offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding support for selected candidates.

* Ensure smooth joining of candidates and proper handover to the HR / Admin team.

* Build a strong pipeline of relevant candidates for frequent and bulk hiring roles, especially in sales.

* Maintain and update candidate database for future requirements.

* Work closely with HR Manager to identify recruitment gaps and improve hiring efficiency.

* Support in employer branding activities and create a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.

Skills:

* Proven work experience of 4+ years as an HR Recruiter, preferably in Sales Hiring / Non-IT Hiring.

* Strong hands-on experience in hiring for roles such as: 

* Sales Executive

* Sales Officer

* Telecaller

* Field Sales

* Customer Support

* Back Office

* Operations / Coordinator roles

* Strong understanding of target-based and bulk hiring.

* Hands-on experience on job portals like: 

* Naukri

* Apna

* WorkIndia

* Shine

* Indeed

* LinkedIn

* Other local and free sourcing channels

* Good knowledge of sourcing through references, social media, WhatsApp hiring groups, and database hiring.

* Strong screening and interview coordination skills.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and close positions within deadlines.

* Good knowledge of recruitment trackers, Excel, and basic HRMS / ATS systems.

* Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.

* Understanding of offer closure and joining conversion.

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred.

* Relevant experience in Sales / Non-IT recruitment is mandatory.
