Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements

Maintain candidate database and hiring records

2. Employee & Labour Handling

Handle employee queries and workplace issues

Manage attendance, discipline, and overall workforce coordination

Ensure smooth communication between management and staff

3. Office Administration & Management

Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities

Maintain office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management

Ensure a well-organized and productive work environment

4. Training & Development

Train employees on company workflows and processes

Ensure proper onboarding and role clarity for new hires

Monitor employee performance and support skill development

5. Employee Engagement & Events

Plan and organize office events, birthdays, and festival celebrations

Create a positive and engaging work culture

Manage internal communications for events and activities

6. Creative & Communication Tasks

Design and manage festival posts, flyers, and internal announcements

Support branding and employee engagement through creative content

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor handling

Creativity for event planning and content creation

Problem-solving and people management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Prior experience in HR or office administration is a plus
