Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat at Monica Jewellers. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations and processes. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and managing recruitment and onboarding processes. The role also involves managing performance appraisals, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
