Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Study Visa/Study Immigration Counsellors. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. The company will provide comprehensive training to help you understand visa processes, documentation, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective clients and students regarding immigration, visa, and study abroad opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and guide them through the process for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Assist clients with documentation and application procedures.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and program changes.
• Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the team’s success.

Training Provided:

• Comprehensive induction on visa categories, documentation, and immigration rules.
• Soft skills and communication training.
• CRM and client-handling training.
• Ongoing guidance from senior counsellors and team leaders.
• Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and team spirit.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Arts, Commerce, Management, or related fields).
• Experience: 1 year (freshers are welcome).
• Age: 20–35 years.
