Job Description
Work on portal:
ICEGATE (customs portal)
Upload shipment details for clearance
Communicate with clients via call, email, and WhatsApp
Collect and verify required documents (Invoice, Packing List, KYC, etc.)
Follow up with clients for pending documents and approvals
Provide regular updates on shipment and clearance status
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, CHA)
Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain proper records of client communication and shipment details
