Job Description

We are a leading Surat-based manufacturer of surgical disposables (Gowns, Drapes, Kits, Lab Coats). We are expanding our business and looking for 2 smart Inside Sales Executives to join our office team and help us sell directly to distributors and wholesalers across India.

Job Description (What you have to do):

  • B2B Calling: Contact Surgical Wholesalers, Distributors, and Dealers across India via Phone and WhatsApp.
  • Lead Generation: Introduce our product range (Gowns, Drapes, Kits) to new clients.
  • Order Management: Take orders, send quotations/catalogs, and follow up until the deal is closed.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat orders.
  • Reporting: Maintain a daily Excel sheet of calls made and orders received.
  • Note: This is purely an Inside Office Job. No field work is required.

Requirements (What we are looking for):

  • Location: Must be living in Surat.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales or Inside Sales is preferred. (Experience in Pharma/Surgical field is a bonus).
  • Communication: Good command over Hindi (for Pan-India clients) is mandatory. Basic English is required for emails/invoices.
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business).
  • Attitude: Confident voice and target-oriented mindset.

What We Offer:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on experience).
  • Performance Bonus: Earn extra money on every target achieved.
  • Office timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday Off).
