Inside Sales ExecutivePosition: Inside Sales ExecutiveDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmenT responsible for managing inbound/outbound calls, converting leads into appointments/registrations, maintaining sales follow-ups, providing accurate information to patients/customers, and ensuring excellent communication with prospects.

The goal is to increase monthly registrations and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Follow-UpHandle inbound queries from patients/customers via calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
  • Call and follow up with leads received from marketing campaigns.
  • Convert leads into confirmed appointments/registrations.
  • Maintain daily follow-up logs and update CRM sheets.
  • 2. Sales ConversionExplain services, treatment plans, packages, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Achieve monthly sales/registration targets set by the management.
  • Close sales through persuasive communication and relationship-building.
  • 3. Customer CommunicationProvide proper information about clinic services, consultation procedures, pricing, and offers.
  • Send reminders for appointments, follow-ups, and renewals.
  • Maintain professional communication tone at all times.
  • Handle objections politely and confidently.
  • 4. Database & CRM MaintenanceUpdate lead status regularly in CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Maintain customer database accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team for lead quality feedback.
  • 5. Coordination With OperationsCoordinate with doctors, center staff, and management for appointments.
  • Ensure patients receive timely information, reminders, and follow-up calls.
  • Share daily MIS reports with management.
  • 🔹 Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
  • Strong convincing ability
  • Confident and polite telephonic manners
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Good listening & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple leads at once
  • Quick learner
  • 🔹 QualificationsMinimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
  • Experience: 0–3 years (Fresher or experienced both can apply)
  • Experience in healthcare, clinics, or telecalling preferred (not mandatory)
  • 🔹 Salary StructureFixed Salary (As per clinic standards)
  • Incentives based on monthly confirmed sales/registrations
