Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of health insurance claim process

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry and processing of health insurance proposals

• Verify and maintain policy documents and files

• Update and manage databases on CRM or Excel

• Perform backend operations on insurance portals (e.g., Star, Niva Bupa, Care, etc.)

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Provide backend support to the sales team

• Track renewals and send timely reminders to clients

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of the insurance industry

• Good knowledge of computer operations, especially Excel

• Organized in documentation and record keeping

• Ability to work with speed and accuracy

• Strong coordination with internal teams and clients
