Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Motor Insurance SalesPromote and sell motor insurance policies (new & renewal)
- Coordinate with leading insurers such as:
- Explain policy coverage, add-ons, exclusions, and benefits
- Cross-sell extended warranties and roadside assistance packages
- 2️⃣ Policy Processing & DocumentationPrepare insurance quotations
- Generate policies and endorsements
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- 3️⃣ Insurance RenewalsTrack upcoming renewals
- Contact customers proactively
- Offer competitive premium comparisons
- Achieve monthly renewal targets
- 4️⃣ Claims CoordinationAssist customers in claim registration
- Coordinate with surveyors and insurance companies
- Follow up for claim approval and settlement
- Ensure smooth cashless claim processing with workshop
- 5️⃣ Revenue & Target AchievementAchieve monthly sales targets
- Increase insurance penetration in vehicle sales
- Monitor KPIs:
- Policy conversion ratio
- Renewal retention rate
- Gross premium collection
