Insurance Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales agents to meet or exceed monthly/annual targets.
• Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing plans, and business development initiatives to drive revenue.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report results to senior management.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Compliance & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of insurance products to guide the team in identifying client needs and minimizing company risk. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative or similar managerial role.
• Leadership: Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
