🚀PositionRelationship / Field Sales Executive – General Insurance

Role SummaryDrive open-market field sales of General Insurance products through direct customer acquisition, on-ground visits, and relationship management.

This is a high-energy, target-driven role requiring strong prospecting and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sales & Prospecting
• Conduct daily field calls in assigned territories (residential, commercial, SME).
• Generate leads via cold calls, references, walk-ins, and local networking.

Product Sales

• Sell Motor (Private/Commercial), Health, Travel, Personal Accident, Home, Fire, Marine, SME policies.
• Explain coverage, premiums, add-ons, exclusions, and claims process clearly.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.

Documentation & Compliance

• Collect KYC and proposal documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance.

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor pricing/offers; share insights with the team.
• UMaintain daily field activity reports, pipeline updates, and sales MIS.
• Eligibility & Skills

Education:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Experience:

• 1–5 years in General Insurance sales.

Skills:

• Prospecting, negotiation, closing, objection handling, relationship building.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel locally; two-wheeler preferred.
