Interior Designer

Kosmos is an interior design firm with 20+ years of experience, creating bespoke residential and commercial spaces with a strong focus on quality and timely execution.

Job Role:

The role involves interior drafting, 3D modeling, and on-site coordination, supporting projects from design development to site execution.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior layout drawings and working details using AutoCAD
• Create 3D models and views using SketchUp
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material lists, and documentation using MS Excel
• Develop mood boards and basic renderings using Photoshop
• Handle site supervision and site surveys
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members during project execution

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and design detailing
• Practical knowledge of site supervision and site surveys

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (interior-focused drafting)
• Skilled in SketchUp for 3D visualization
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (estimations and documentation)
• Basic proficiency in Photoshop for presentations
