Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative, business-oriented Interior Designer who will lead and manage the interior design company. The role involves conceptualizing innovative design solutions, overseeing end-to-end project execution, managing clients and teams, and driving business growth while ensuring high-quality design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the overall vision, design philosophy, and brand identity of the company

Meet clients to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines

Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, mood boards, and material selections

Prepare and approve drawings, 3D visualizations, BOQs, and project estimates

Manage multiple residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers

Supervise site execution to ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely completion

Handle client presentations, approvals, and post-project follow-ups

Manage company operations including hiring, training, and team supervision

Oversee vendor negotiations, costing, and procurement

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks

Drive business development, marketing strategies, and client acquisition

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field

Strong creative, conceptual, and technical design skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lightingBenefits
