Interior Designer

We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, understanding of materials and finishes, and proficiency in design software.

Job Requirement

Minimum - 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution.

Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site).

Be the Leader, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization

Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best design solution for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing.

Focus on, prioritise and execute multiple design projects.

Analyse sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfaction

Conduct on-site measurements and convert them into accurate design drafts

Modify drawings as per client requirements, material specifications and project constraints

Prepare complete BOM, hardware list, fabrication drawings and assembly details

Optimize material usage to reduce wastage and improve production efficiency

Maintain proper documentation, version control and job tracking for all design files

Support trial runs, prototyping and issue resolution during manufacturing

Ensure adherence to DESIRE WOODS's quality, safety and operational standards.
