Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced International Sales & Business Development Executive for Rutansh Technologies (IT Sector).
Responsibilities:
- Attend scheduled meetings with international clients
- Communicate fluently and confidently in English
- Understand client requirements and pitch our IT services (web development/ app development)
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound methods (LinkedIn, Email Outreach, WhatsApp, and other online methods)
- Follow up, nurture leads, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation and service delivery
- Maintain pipeline updates, follow-ups, and closure records
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in International Sales / IT Services
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience in lead generation & B2B client handling in the IT Field
- Confident in Zoom/Google Meet meetings and closing deals
- Strong experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and B2B communication
- Strong understanding of web development, digital business solutions and tech services
Location: Surat / Remote

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 (Fixed) + Incentives on deal closures
