Inventory Executive

Location: Surat,Althan

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day inventory and stock records
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely updates
• Handle Purchase Orders (PO) creation, tracking, and coordination
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and labeling of inventory
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams
• Update inventory details in inventory management software / ERP system
• Prepare inventory reports and share with management as required
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in stock management & inventory control
• Hands-on experience with inventory software / ERP
•  Uniware software knowledge preferred
• Basic knowledge of procurement & PO process
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in warehouse or operations environment
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
