We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented female professional to join our team and help manage our inventory while ensuring our Shopify store remains updated with attractive and accurate product listings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory across our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained.
• Create, edit, and optimize product listings on Shopify, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO-friendly content.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and operations teams to update stock availability, backorders, and new arrivals.
• Monitor and report on stock movement, slow-moving items, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain proper categorization, tags, and product collections for better site navigation and user experience.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist in organizing product photoshoots and maintaining high-quality visual assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align product listings with promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
• Basic order management, helping the team ensure smooth fulfillment processes when needed.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, passionate about e-commerce and online retail.
• Proven experience with Shopify product listing and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows, inventory systems, and order processing.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic SEO for e-commerce will be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) is a bonus.
• Basic Canva or photo editing skills for image optimization.
