Knowledge of networking protocols,

operating systems, and software applications

Familiarity with IT security and

compliance standards

Excellent problem-solving and

analytical skills

Diagnose and resolve hardware and

software issues on desktop and laptop computers.

Install, configure, and maintain

Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience of Set up and maintain

small office networks, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network security

configurations.

Past experience of Troubleshoot

network connectivity issues and liaise with ISPs as needed.

Troubleshoot and maintain printers,

scanners, and other peripheral devices.

Set up and manage web and physical

video conferencing systems for meetings and events.

Ensure smooth functioning of AV

equipment and automation systems.

Maintain detailed logs of all

technical issues and resolutions.

Provide regular updates to management

on the status of IT infrastructure and support activities.
