Role OverviewThe Matrix Designer will be responsible for creating precise, production-ready jewelry designs using Matrix (Rhino) software. The role focuses on transforming concepts, sketches, and client requirements into detailed 3D CAD models ready for manufacturing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality 3D jewelry models using Matrix / Rhino
• Convert sketches, references, and concepts into accurate CAD designs
• Ensure designs are production-friendly and technically feasible
• Maintain correct dimensions, stone settings, and metal weights
• Coordinate with production and casting teams for design execution
• Make quick revisions based on feedback from clients or internal teams
• Maintain organized design files and version control
• Required SkillsStrong expertise in Matrix / Rhino CAD software
• Good understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of stone setting, prongs, channels, and casting limitations
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience1–5 years in jewelry CAD designing (preferred)

Role OverviewThe ZBrush Designer will specialize in creating organic, artistic, and high-detail jewelry models, including figurines, custom pieces, and intricate textures. This role focuses on creativity and sculpting beyond traditional CAD limitations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign detailed 3D models using ZBrush for complex and organic jewelry
• Create sculptures, idols, faces, animals, and artistic elements
• Work closely with the CAD team to ensure designs are production-compatible
• Optimize models for 3D printing and casting
• Add textures, detailing, and finishing touches to elevate design quality
• Interpret creative briefs and convert them into high-quality designs
• Revise designs based on feedback
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in ZBrush
• Good sense of art, anatomy, and detailing
• Understanding of jewelry production and limitations
• Ability to create high-detail and realistic textures
• Creative mindset with strong visualization skills
• Experience2–5 years in ZBrush / 3D sculpting (jewelry preferred but not mandatory)
