Position: Jewelry CAD Designer

Shift Timing: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Work Location: Khand Bazar, Varachha

Industry: Fine Jewelry / Diamond & Jewelry Manufacturing

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Jewelry CAD Designer with strong expertise in fine jewelry to directly support our USA-based sales and design teams. This role is fully CAD-driven, requiring precision modeling, rapid iterations, and production-ready outputs aligned with international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality CAD models for fine jewelry including rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and bespoke designs
• Directly coordinate with USA sales and design teams during night shift hours for design inputs, revisions, and approvals
• Develop CAD-to-manufacturing ready files suitable for casting, CAM, and 3D printing
• Ensure designs meet fine jewelry standards for setting accuracy, proportions, stone security, and aesthetics
• Execute multiple CAD revisions based on customer feedback, sales requirements, and production feasibility
• Collaborate with production, stone setting, and QC teams to resolve CAD and manufacturability issues
• Maintain strict turnaround timelines aligned with USA business hours
• Ensure data accuracy, version control, and confidentiality of proprietary designs

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in fine jewelry CAD designing (diamond & precious stone jewelry mandatory)
• Proficiency in Rhino / Matrix / MatrixGold / JewelCAD or equivalent advanced CAD tools
• Deep understanding of:
• Stone setting techniques (prong, pave, channel, micro-pave, invisible, etc.)
• Metal weight control, tolerances, and manufacturing constraints
• International fine jewelry design standards and market preferences
• Ability to handle custom, high-value, and precision-driven jewelry designs
• Comfortable working in night shift aligned with USA time zones

Experience & Qualification

• 3–8 years of experience in fine jewelry CAD designing
• Diploma / Certification in Jewelry CAD Design or Jewelry Technology (preferred)
