Job PurposeThe Junior Accountant supports day-to-day accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, processing entries, assisting in statutory compliance, and ensuring timely reporting in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Record purchase, sales, expense, and bank entries in accounting software.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare basic MIS reports and account summaries.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for accounts-related information.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record maintenance.
• Skills & CompetenciesBasic accounting knowledge
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
• MS Excel and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of GST & TDS basics
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com or equivalent (Accounts background preferred)
• Experience1–3 years experience in accounting or finance role
