Junior Accountant

Location: Surat, Gujrat

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

Experience: 1–2 years

Software Required: Tally ERP/Equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally and Excel
• Manage sales, purchase, and inventory entries related to project materials and fittings
• Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash, and vendor payments
• Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance under the guidance of senior management
• Prepare monthly expense summaries and assist in internal audit reviews
• Support management with billing, quotations, and financial documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients for invoice clarifications and payment follow-ups
• Requirements:1–2 years of relevant accounting experience 
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounts reconciliation
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
