Junior Hr Executive

Position Overview

• We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in daily operations.
• This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to employee engagement, recruitment, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, personal files, HR databases).
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of HR experience (internships or entry-level roles preferred).
• Basic knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, and compliance).
• Familiarity with MS Office and HR software/tools.
