Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer / Helper to support daily factory operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in production, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workspace.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in handling raw materials, loading and unloading goods.
• Support the production team in basic manufacturing tasks.
• Help with packing, sorting, and labeling of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
• Operate basic tools or machinery under supervision (if required).
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Assist in shifting finished products to storage or dispatch areas.
• Perform any other general labor tasks assigned by the supervisor.
