Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Listing Executive to manage product listings across major online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of listing processes, listing optimization, image editing, and marketplace strategies to improve visibility and maximize sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, Ajio, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplaces.
• Write optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords for better product visibility.
• Perform listing optimization to improve organic ranking, conversions, and overall product performance.
• Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines and brand standards.
• Upload and manage product images, infographics, and videos.
• Use Canva, Photoshop, or other editing tools for basic photo editing, infographics, and creatives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify gaps for listing improvement.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for correct product information, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Monitor listing health, reviews, ratings, and solve listing-related issues.
• Implement sales-boosting strategies, including:

• Keyword research and SEO optimization
• Pricing strategies
• Running promotions, deals, coupons (where applicable)
• A/B testing of listings
• Improving product visibility through marketplace tools
• Track performance metrics (CTR, conversion, impressions, sales) and create periodic reports.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Blinkit, Zepto).
• Good knowledge of product listing & listing optimization techniques.
• Ability to edit and enhance images using Canva / Photoshop / basic photo editing tools.
• Knowledge of e-commerce SEO and keyword research.
• Ability to implement strategies that increase product orders and improve visibility.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce analytics and tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in managing large catalog listings.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads etc.) is a plus.
