We are looking for a confident and target-driven Female Loan Consultant to handle customer interactions over calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
Collect necessary documents and guide customers through the loan process
Follow up with interested customers until loan disbursement
Maintain daily call records and update CRM system
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
