Logistics Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations, including dispatch coordination, courier management, shipment tracking, and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) handling, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch, pickup, and delivery operations
• Handle NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) by coordinating with courier partners and internal teams
• Follow up on re-attempts, address issues such as incorrect address, customer unavailability, or delivery delays
• Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and escalations
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, AWBs, invoices, and delivery status
• Ensure proper parcel scanning and documentation
• Monitor logistics performance and support cost optimization
• Ensure adherence to company logistics policies and procedures
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and sales teams for smooth operations
