Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of advanced industrial equipment used in production. The technician will be responsible for maintaining electrical, gas delivery system, cooling system mechanical, and vacuum-based systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment and machinery.

Maintain and repair systems such as vacuum pumps, microwave generators, cooling systems, gas delivery systems, and electrical control panels.

Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and implement corrective actions.

Monitor equipment performance and ensure machines operate within required parameters.

Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.

Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine reliability.

Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with plant safety standards.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and control systems.

Familiarity with vacuum systems, pumps, compressors, and PLC panels is an advantage.

Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment drawings.

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
