Job Description
Sales & Marketing Executive – KNX Home Automation & Home Theatre
Location: Surat
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional experienced in premium home automation and AV solutions to handle architect relationships and high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with architects & interior designers
* Generate leads for villas, farmhouses & luxury apartments
* Present KNX-based automation & home theatre solutions
* Prepare and explain BOQs to clients
* Conduct site visits and close deals
Requirements:
* Experience in Home Automation / AV / Electrical Luxury Products
* Strong communication & presentation skills
* Ability to handle premium clients
* Technical understanding of KNX systems (preferred)
Salary: Fixed + High Incentives (based on project closures)
