Job Description Project & Marketing Management ➢ Post & Job Title  Sales and Marketing and business Development ➢ Working Hours  6:00 PM To 2:00 AM (IST) (Monday to Saturday) (can be changed as per office work) ➢ Working With  Managing Director and all other employees Main Duties and Responsibilities ➢ To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales inquiries. Receive and coordinate all sales inquiries in line with the company’s sales process. ➢ Research and contact prospective clients and Convert leads into sales. ➢ Qualify leads and arrange suitable appointments for the Business Development Managers ➢ Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information. ➢ Generate over 40-50 (B2C) & generate over 10-15 (B2B) calls per day. ➢ Book more than 5-10 qualified sales calls/appointments per month. ➢ Establish new relationships by researching, adding, and developing 50 new client targets per month. ➢ Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained. ➢ Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities. ➢ Log all calls and monitor success rates and actively chase new leads as required. ➢ Send out company information to potential accounts when necessary but after DM approval. it's most required. ➢ To monitor the status of all live inquiries to ensure all types of enquirer actions are completed in a timely professional manner and escalated to the MD when required. ➢ To ensure that all quotes and associated files are linked to an enquiry. ➢ To follow up sales activities with clients & potential clients. ➢ To chase and analyze the reasons for failure to turn an enquiry into a new order. ➢ Co-ordinate the market and client news to produce sales leads and have a repository of live information. ➢ Use the repository of market information to produce regular ads and marketing flyers. ➢ Follow-up specific marketing campaigns ➢ Produce a company ads flyer and other e-mail shots when required. ➢ Manage and develop appropriate forms of social media including (but not limited to) Twitter, Linked In, Facebook ➢ Delegate marketing, sales, and PR activities to Assistant where appropriate ➢ Maintenance schedule management ➢ inspection schedule management ➢ contracting and screening buyers ➢ Reviewing building permit plans and plan submission schedule. ➢ Managing project steps and dates. Reporting, preparation, and Planning ➢ Organize and implement all other marketing and PR activities as requested. ➢ Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information. ➢ Attend Sales and Marketing meetings. ➢ Attend Staff meetings. ➢ Attend Senior Management Meetings including Management Review. ➢ Submit daily activities report and work status. ➢ Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly progress reports. ➢ Create the reports you need to promote the business to show your potential. ➢ Completing the given tasks and items within the time limit. ➢ To give daily status of all works. ➢ To follow up on a given project prepare strategy. Other Duties and Responsibilities ➢ Attending training courses (Cross-training), exhibitions & shows as and when required. ➢ Do not consume any intoxicants during work. ➢ Arrive at the office on time every day. ➢ Carry out any other duties as may be required by the company from time to time. ➢ Participate in the continual improvement of the company’s Quality and Environmental systems. ➢ complete all tasks consciously. ➢ For any emergency, first, inform the Head.
