Job Description:

Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive (Industrial Copper Solutions), where you will play a crucial role in growing and stabilising existing markets, maintaining key relationships, and exploring new avenues when strategic. This position involves strategic sales initiatives, developing marketing inputs based on on-ground experiences, and managing customer relationships to foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Create & maintain strong long-term relationships with small clients to industry leaders 
• ensuring excellent after-sales support.
• Provide input for marketing materials based on firsthand market experiences.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current 
• market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and that product 
• delivery aligns with customer expectations.
• Coordinate with management and logistics to streamline deliveries and reduce routine tasks.
• Follow up on sales, collect payments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Gather market feedback and organize market data and customer profiles on company 
• software on non-market days, enabling informed decision-making.
• Handle grey areas, mishaps on the road, resales, and after-sales service.
• Represent the company with pride in our quality products in all dealings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the copper wire products and its applications is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Salary:

• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based incentives.
• INR 15,000–26,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
