Job Overview:

Pharma in All is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biomedical Engineer to join our sales team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biomedical engineering and a passion for sales and customer engagement. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our advanced medical products and technologies to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics, while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate our medical products and technologies to potential customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with product information, technical support, and addressing their inquiries.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and customer feedback.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective product promotion.

Training: Provide training and technical support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our medical products and technologies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a biomedical engineering role, with a focus on sales or customer support in the medical device industry.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of biomedical engineering principles and medical devices. Proficiency in using medical equipment and software.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to develop effective sales strategies.
