Mern Stack Developer

We're seeking talented full-stack MERN developers to build responsive, high-performance web applications that power our AI-driven products. You'll deliver seamless user experiences by architecting scalable frontend interfaces with React and robust backend services using Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js, while integrating AI/ML APIs for intelligent enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, production-grade frontend interfaces using React 18+, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS/TypeScript.
• Build scalable RESTful/GraphQL backend APIs with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB (MERN stack) for AI data processing.
• Integrate third-party AI/ML APIs (e.g., TensorFlow.js, OpenAI) and ensure secure, real-time data flows with WebSockets/Socket.io.
• Optimize application performance, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure 99.9% uptime for mission-critical AI dashboards.
• Collaborate with UX designers, data scientists, and product teams using Jira/Confluence in agile sprints.
• Deploy containerized apps to AWS/GCP with Docker and support MLOps workflows for model-driven UIs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience building production MERN stack applications (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React Hooks/Context API, and state management (Redux/Zustand).
• Strong backend skills: Node.js microservices, JWT authentication, MongoDB aggregation pipelines, and Redis caching.
• Proven experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, performance optimization, and responsive design (mobile-first).
• Familiarity with Git workflows, agile tools (Jira), and cloud deployment (Docker, Vercel, AWS Amplify).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and UI/UX sensibility for enterprise AI applications.
• Strong communication skills; UK English proficiency preferred for global client documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into web apps (e.g., computer vision for jewelry imaging, NLP interfaces).
• Next.js 14+ (App Router, Server Components), TypeScript across full stack, and testing frameworks.
