Position: Office Assistant for both office and field works

Location: Dindoli, Surat

Qualification: 10+2 or above

Experience: Fresher or Experienced (both can apply)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling daily office routine work and documentation
• Managing office files, records, and paperwork
• Performing local outdoor work related to office needs (bank work, courier, vendor/customer visits, etc.)
• Supporting the sales team whenever required and visiting clients if needed
• Basic customer interaction and follow-ups
• Preparing and handling invoices, bills, and delivery-related documents

Required Skills:

• Good computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Good communication skills (English basic, Hindi required)
• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn

Additional Details:

• This job vacancy is only for male candidates
• A two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
• Salary: As per experience and skills (to be discussed during interview)
