Job Description — Office Peon

Location: Bhattar, Opposite Kapadia Health Club

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visiting clients.
• Assist in basic office housekeeping activities such as dusting, mopping, and organizing office areas.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, and courier-related tasks when required.
• Ensure proper upkeep of pantry items and office supplies.
• Support staff with small errands such as carrying files or documents within the office.
• Maintain a polite, disciplined, and professional attitude while interacting with staff and visitors.
• Assist in preparing meeting rooms before client visits or internal meetings.
• Help with basic maintenance tasks and inform management of any repair needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in office housekeeping or support roles preferred (not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and office etiquette.
• Ability to manage time and follow daily routines responsibly.
• Honest, hardworking, punctual, and respectful.
