Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Online Sales Executive who can handle incoming leads from platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Justdial. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers and converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities:
- Call leads received from IndiaMART, Alibaba, and Justdial
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain company products and services to clients
- Follow up with interested leads regularly
- Maintain proper records of leads and customer communication
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp, Excel/CRM)
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
- Ability to follow up and close sales
Salary: Based on experience + incentives on sales
