Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Sales Executive / Digital Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through various online channels, such as email, chat, phone calls, and social media , to promote and sell our products/services.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers through online platforms and cold calling to generate sales leads.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone calls.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and follow up on their inquiries and orders.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
