Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations like washing, sorting, packaging & delivery.
- Supervise staff and assign daily work.
- Check orders received from WhatsApp / App and plan delivery slots.
- Coordinate with delivery partners for on-time delivery.
- Maintain data for sales, stock, and daily reports.
- Solve daily issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Hire and train staff when needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations or team management (FMCG / grocery / startup preferred).
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Should know Excel / Google Sheets.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, and able to handle multiple tasks.
