Wealth Saarthi is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Operations Executive to manage client interactions, resolve queries efficiently, execution of transactions ( physical and online) and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or CRM tools

Provide accurate information about company services and processes

Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of requests

Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
