Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven OTA Sales Executive to manage and grow online hotel sales through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The candidate will be responsible for maximizing room revenue, maintaining OTA listings, and improving online visibility and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update hotel listings on OTAs such as Make MyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.
• Monitor room rates, availability, and inventory across all OTA platforms
• Implement pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Analyze sales performance, pick-up reports, and market trends
• Handle OTA promotions, offers, and visibility campaigns
• Coordinate with front office and reservations team
• Manage guest reviews and ratings on OTA platforms

Requirements

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in OTA sales or hotel reservations
• Strong knowledge of OTA extranets and channel management systems
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Preferred Skills Experience in hospitality or hotel industry
• Revenue management knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
