Job Summary

The Packaging Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing packaging operations to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards. The role focuses on improving packaging processes, managing materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement packaging plans and schedules in coordination with production teams
• Ensure packaging materials meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of packaging materials
• Monitor packaging operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and minimal wastage
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper labeling and branding compliance
• Optimize packaging processes to reduce costs and improve productivity
• Maintain documentation related to packaging specifications and compliance
• Liaise with suppliers for packaging material development and improvements
• Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained within the packaging department
• Troubleshoot packaging issues and implement corrective actions
