Reporting To : E‑commerce Manager / Business Owner / Operations Head

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Executive to manage day‑to‑day operations across our online sales channels (marketplaces and related tools). This role focuses on product listings, inventory coordination, order processing, fulfillment, customer communication, returns handling, and reporting to support smooth online business operations and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities

1) Marketplace Listing & Catalog Management

Create, upload, and maintain product listings across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra/Meesho), ensuring accuracy of titles, attributes, sizing, pricing, and images.

Improve listing quality using keywords/SEO basics and competitive checks to improve visibility and conversions.

Coordinate with internal team for product photos/content and ensure correct SKU mapping and catalog hygiene.

2) Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination (In‑house Operations)

Manage daily order flow: order processing, invoice/label generation, packing coordination, and ensuring dispatch timelines are met.

Create shipments on courier/aggregator portals (e.g., Shiprocket/Nimbus or similar), schedule pickups, and coordinate dispatch.

Track shipments and proactively handle failed deliveries/RTO scenarios and escalations.

3) Inventory & Stock Coordination (with Production/Warehouse)

Maintain inventory accuracy on seller panels; coordinate replenishment with production/warehouse to avoid stock-outs or overselling.

Monitor stock levels, update availability, and support forecasting for repeat styles and fast movers.

4) Returns, Claims & Customer Communication

Handle return requests, exchanges (if applicable), and marketplace cases/claims; ensure timely closures and documentation.

Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp/calls/email/messages and resolve issues politely and quickly.

5) Pricing, Promotions & Basic Performance Tracking

Execute discounts/offers and participate in marketplace promotions/deals as per business plan; monitor impact on sales.

Track daily/weekly performance, maintain order sheets and operational reports, and share updates with management.

6) Payments & Reconciliation (Optional but Valuable)

Support settlement tracking and reconciliation of payments/deductions/penalties on seller panels when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Listing accuracy & speed (new SKUs onboarded correctly, low listing errors)

Order processing TAT (orders processed & dispatched on time)

Inventory accuracy (low cancellations due to stock mismatch)

Return/RTO handling cycle time & closure rate

Customer response time & resolution quality

Required Skills

Hands‑on experience with seller panels/marketplace backend operations (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra/Meesho).

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).

Good communication skills (customer calling/coordination) and comfort with WhatsApp Web/email.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks daily (listings + orders + inventory).

Qualifications

Minimum: 12th pass; Graduation preferred (Business/Commerce/Marketing).

Experience: 0–2 years (freshers with strong Excel & learning attitude can apply) OR 1+ year preferred for marketplace operations.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Knowledge of product content writing, basic SEO for listings, and simple image editing tools.

Exposure to marketplace ads/PPC and campaign setup (optional, based on your needs).

Experience using courier portals/aggregators (Shiprocket/Nimbus etc.).
