Peon

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Peon/Office Assistant to provide general support to the office staff and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should be courteous, physically fit, and able to carry out routine tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the office premises as per schedule.

 Making and Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.

Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.

Supporting staff in carrying office materials or equipment when necessary.

Monitoring office supplies like stationery and pantry items.

Handling purchasing of office-related items from nearby vendors/shops.

Ensuring safe disposal of waste and proper office hygiene.

Any other administrative or support task assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :

Minimum education: 10th / 12th grade pass.

Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Basic understanding of office procedures.

Physically fit and capable of lifting light office equipment.

Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible and mature.

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Basic communication skills in [Hindi , Gujarati]

Working Conditions :

Standard office hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM [Monday to Saturday].

May require occasional overtime or extended hours.

Work involves moderate physical activity.
