Personal Accountant

Job Summary

The Personal Accountant will manage the Director’s personal financial matters, ensure accurate record-keeping, maintain compliance with tax and legal requirements, and provide confidential financial support. This role requires high integrity, discretion, and strong accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director’s personal accounts, income, expenses, and investments

Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle personal tax planning, tax filing, and compliance

Track bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and personal assets

Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and financial advisors

Monitor cash flow and provide financial reports and insights

Ensure timely payment of bills, EMIs, insurance premiums, and statutory dues

Maintain accurate documentation and financial records

Assist with budgeting and long-term financial planning

Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

Professional certification (CA / CPA / CMA) is preferred

Proven experience as a personal accountant, private accountant, or similar role

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

High level of integrity and discretion

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (preferred)

Preffered : Female candidate
