Job Opening – Full-Time Pharmacist (Long-Term Role)

Position: Full-Time Pharmacist & Store Manager

Location: Paradise Pharmacy & General Store, Rander, Surat

Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Employment

Qualification & Experience

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm (Registered with State Pharmacy Council – mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years experience in retail pharmacy / medical store
• Experience in pharmacy + general store operations preferred

Key Responsibilities

Pharmacy Operations

• Retail selling and accurate dispensing of medicines
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Customer counselling and guidance on medicines & OTC products
• Handling Ayurvedic, Allopathic, and wellness products

General Store Operations

• Retail sales of groceries, FMCG, seasonal & festive items
• Coordinating stock movement between pharmacy & general store

Inventory & Expiry Management

• Inventory planning, ordering, and stock control
• Regular checking and management of expiry dates
• Minimising losses due to expiry or damage
• Coordination with suppliers and distributors

Accounts & Records

• Managing daily sales records (cash / digital)
• Basic accounting, billing, and reconciliation
• Maintaining purchase, sales, and stock registers

Shop & Employee Management

• Overall shop management and discipline
• Managing support staff / helpers
• Ensuring cleanliness, display, and customer service standards
• Opening & closing responsibility of the store

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable)
