The Platinum Banker will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business banking clients, primarily through outbound initiatives. This role is crucial for the bank's business banking segment, as it aims to provide tailored financial solutions and enhance client satisfaction. The banker will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and offer customized products and services.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of business banking clients, focusing on outbound relationship management.
  • Identify and target potential business banking clients through market research and lead generation.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis for each client to offer tailored financial solutions.
  • Present and explain complex financial products and services to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relationships and sales performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank and expand the network.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business banking or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
