Printing Machine Operator

1. Machine Setup

• Set up printing inks
• Load substrates (plastic, film, etc.)
• Adjust alignment and speed

2. Printing Operations

• Monitor continuous print runs
• Operate the flex printing machine efficiently
• Ensure proper ink flow and registration

3. Quality Control

• Compare output with design/sample
• Check color accuracy, alignment, and print clarity
• Detect defects like smudging, fading, or misprints

4. Maintenance

• Clean machine parts (rollers & ink systems)
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication
• Report or fix minor mechanical issues
