Production Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production of cakes, pastries, breads, and other bakery products

• Check the quality of all products before they leave the factory (QUALITY CONTROL)

• Ensure correct packaging and labeling of all products

• Make sure recipes and production processes are followed properly

• Maintain consistent taste, texture, and appearance of products

• Improve production efficiency and workflow on the factory floor

• Reduce wastage of ingredients and materials

• Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging items

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the production area

• Ensure staff follow proper grooming and hygiene rules

• Supervise bakery staff and helpers during production

• Plan daily production quantities based on store requirements

• Maintain production records and batch details

• Check that equipment and machines are used properly and report issues if any

• Coordinate with stores for timely dispatch of products

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished goods

• Help improve systems and processes in the factory

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a bakery production unit (cakes, breads, pastries)

• Experience managing a team in a food production environment

• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
