Job Summary:

The Production Helper supports daily operations in the garment manufacturing unit by assisting machine operators, tailors, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely production. The role involves handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting various stages of garment production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sewing machine operators and tailors during garment production.
• Carry fabric bundles, cut pieces, and finished garments between departments.
• Support cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing sections as required.
• Ensure proper labeling and sorting of garment pieces.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production floor.
• Load and unload materials and finished goods.
• Help in folding, tagging, and packing finished garments.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
